Business Development Executive – SME Financing
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our SME financing portfolio through strategic partnerships and client-focused lending solutions. You’ll work closely with brokers, advisors, and business owners to deliver tailored financial support that helps SMEs thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow partnerships with brokers, advisors, and other intermediaries to generate steady loan referrals.
- Engage SME clients, understand their financing needs, and provide appropriate loan options after assessing their financial health.
- Manage the loan process from initial discussions to documentation and credit coordination.
- Monitor loan accounts, ensuring repayment discipline and identifying early warning signs of risk.
- Collaborate with Risk and Collections teams to resolve overdue accounts and safeguard portfolio quality.
- Advise clients on cash flow management and sustainable funding strategies.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in SME lending, business banking, or client relationship management.Experience working with brokers or third-party introducers is highly valued.Strong understanding of credit evaluation and financial statement analysis.Excellent relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.WeCruit Pte Ltd | EA License No. 20C0270
