Roles & Responsibilities
Investment Company of the People’s Republic of China (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of the People’s Bank of China. The company manages a part of foreign exchange reserve within the scope authorized by the People’s Bank of China, undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment businesses.
Job Description :
- Maintain full sets of accounts for the company, including general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Assist in consolidating corporate budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Support tax filing, statutory reporting, and liaise with auditors.
- Process and record daily trades in fund accounting systems.
- Liaise with other departments on financial data and reporting.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management to support finance and operations.
Job Requirements :
0-3 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, fund accounting, or audit.Exposure to fund accounting, investment products, or financial institutions.Strong analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.Familiarity with VBA / macro or any programming language preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to prepare professional reports in Chinese.High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.Interested applicants may apply by sending in your updated resume to hr@icprc.com
