Responsibilities
To maintain controlled documents and records as per regulatory and certification requirements.
Coordinate and implement the needed quality control processes.
Investigate and assist in handling of customer complaint and generate corrective action report.
Conduct product sampling for analytical testing by external laboratory.
Execute process and product checking based on QAQC program.
Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits
Ensure effective implementation of all related matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical
Health cert application handling
Conduct annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.
Provide food safety training and relevant refresher training to team.
Handling and respond on customer questionnaire and required technical information
