QA Executive / Senior QA Executive

Working Location : Redhill (Near to the MRT)

Working Hours : 5 days a week (Flexi Hours)

Salary Package :

Up to $5000 (Basic) + $88 (Fixed Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality assessments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product functionality.

Partner with R&D to evaluate new products or parts and generate detailed quality reports.

Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests.

Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.

Provide expert QMS advice and lead continuous improvement efforts across all business units.

Manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.

Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource coordination.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Perform additional duties as delegated by the team leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience in operations, quality, and engineering within the manufacturing sector.

Proficient in Quality System Standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.

Solid understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and current industry trends.
