Head of Data Center Infrastructure

We are looking for an accomplished leader to oversee the

end-to-end delivery of AI datacenters

across Asia — from design and construction to operations. This role will drive the execution of high-performance, scalable, and energy-efficient facilities that meet the growing demands of next-generation computing. Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and planning

of hyperscale AI datacenters, ensuring reliability, scalability, and sustainability. Manage site development, construction, and commissioning

, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and engineering partners. Ensure full compliance

with regional building, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as corporate sustainability goals. Oversee datacenter operations post-construction

, driving operational excellence, uptime, and efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience

in datacenter design, construction, operations, or large-scale infrastructure delivery. Proven leadership in

hyperscale or AI datacenter environments

, with a focus on reliability, performance, and sustainability. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and partner teams. Seniority level
