Responsibilities :
Provides Solution consultation through-out requirements
gathering phases
Provides buy vs. build
analysis and supplier recommendations
Responsible for translating business requirements
(business process models and use cases) into detailed functional
and technical design from system down to process-level
design
Responsible for designing and
developing proof-of-concepts to test and prove designs (as
required)
End to End implementation with
special emphasis on Requirements Gathering, AS-IS TO BE
blueprinting, Solution Design / Blueprint, UAT and Product Test,
Deployment, Training and End User post go-live support
Ensures alignment with the firm's application
architecture
Responsible for communicating
solution design and approaches to Business, other architects,
development and IT stakeholders on SAP focused projects
Provides guidance through-out the development process to
ensure system is developed to specification
Provides information and guidance to support
organizations
Understand business requirements
and translate them to system design
Set up
system according to design
Conduct unit,
integration and user acceptance tests
Train
and advise users on the use of system
Provide
system documentation according to the Project Development
Methodology
Conduct post implementation
reviews to gather users' feedback
Monitor
product new releases / patches and make
recommendations
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology
or related field
At least 5 years experience
as SAP solution architect / lead
Minimum 8 years
of hands-on experience with SAP Functional module and business
processes knowledge
Hands on experience with
GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP
Experience in
SD / MM / ABAP / HR / Successfactor will be required
Experience implementing SAP for a professional services
organization and ideally worked with the integration with
engagement planning and resource scheduling solutions in
SAP
Good knowledge of software development
life cycles and structured project development
methodology
Experience in presales,
requirement gathering, solutioning and building proposals
(technical and Integration components) is required for this
role
Demonstrated experience as work
stream / module lead (for TL / AM candidates)
Ability to drive design discussions including conducting
Conference Room Pilots, decision papers and process definition
documents
