Purpose
We are seeking a
passionate and dynamic Teacher to join our team and contribute to
shaping the future of young learners. The ideal candidate will be
dedicated to fostering a nurturing, interactive, and creative
learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years old. As part of
our team, you will play a key role in implementing our hands-on,
play-based curriculum, emphasizing emotional growth, creativity,
outdoor learning, and the development of essential life
skills.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities
Duties
Share the class
with the other language counterparts, make lesson plans
together.
Closely monitor the children and
their learning progression and report this information to the
School Principal and to the families accurately.
Coordinate with the classroom Assistant for daily
programmes and matters.
Contribute to the
development of a school-wide pedagogical project.
Supervise morning breaks and / or afternoon breaks
according to the schedule.
Attend all team
meetings.
Participate in the school's events
outside of teaching time (i.e. end of year fair, open house and
community days).
Liaise with children's
parents whenever requested (inc. regular parent-teacher meetings
scheduled twice a year).
Other duties as
determined in consultation with the School

Contribute to the Extra-Curricular Activities
programme.
If while carrying out the
duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a
child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at
school or at home, s / he must report any concerns to the School
Principal so that a referral can be made accordingly to the
relevant third-party services.

four (4)-year recognised teaching qualification including a
bachelor's degree and teaching diploma or a Bachelor of
Education
Experience with the PYP / IB or French
school curriculum required

Working
Conditions-Workplace
Most time in classroom and playground on campus site, as
well as when needed or required, off site on school functions,
excursions, meetings, events, and professional

Monday to Friday : from 8.00am to 4pm (including one hour of lunch
break)
One ½ day (Saturday) per month : from
8am until 5pm
