Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and calibrate semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper operation before production use.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize breakdowns, extending the life of machines, and ensuring the consistency of product output.
• Diagnose and repair faulty semiconductor equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and software issues, to minimize production delays.
• Work with engineers and production teams to optimize equipment processes and improve performance, yield, and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, equipment status reports, and documentation for compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide training to operators and other technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques, ensuring safe practices are followed.
• Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel
