Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Sorting and organizing the p-files
- Flipping through the files, catergorising and recording the documents
- Filing documents into cabinents in an orderly manner
- Packing and housekeeping of files for HR office move and offsite storage
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all documents and boxes for easy identification
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all files, documents and storage boxes
- Assist with physical tasks, including lifting and organizing files and cartons during the relocation process
Requirements :
To be able to manage some heavy lifting and moving file cartons when requiredTeam player, good communication and time managementPrior administration experienceWorking Hours : Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am to 6.00pm, Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30pm
Contract Period : 3 Nov 2025 to 30 Jan months)
Salary : $2000 / month
