Roles & Responsibilities
SHIFT REQUIRED
Basic salary + shift allowance ($20 / day) + up to 1-month performance bonus
- Working Days : Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays (5 days per week)
- Working Hours : 8am to 10.30pm (shift-based coverage), 9 hrs per day including 1 hr lunch break, (shift interval 8am,9am, 10am,1.30pm)
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email within set timelines.
- Cross-sell bank products and services when appropriate.
- Assist customers in migrating to automated channels.
- Maintain service quality standards and contribute to Contact Centre KPIs.
- Provide feedback on workflow and productivity improvements.
- Log customer feedback, service requests, and enquiries accurately.
- Track open service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up to fulfill commitments made to customers.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, local laws, and operational guidelines.
