Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
Assist customers in finding and purchasing products while ensuring excellent service and an attractive, well-organized store. Support sales growth through effective merchandising, stock management, and teamwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, prompt customer service by explaining product features, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain appealing merchandise displays and ensure shelves are clean, neat, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist the RM / ARM with stock replenishment and orders.
- Support stocktaking, verify deliveries, and record discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Label merchandise accurately with price tags and barcodes.
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist with promotional events and sales activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the RM / ARM.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.Training or certification in retail or customer service preferred.1 year of retail experience ideal; entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome.Passion for retail and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
