Job descriptionBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and partners. Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring high service quality and satisfaction. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that support business growth and retention. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and new opportunity pipelines. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Provide insights to management to guide business expansion strategies. Support localization of strategies and service models across regional markets. Represent the company in business meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Business travel is required to support regional client relationships and project delivery. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve commercial and operational goals. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives. Foster collaboration between departments to enhance efficiency and accountability. Mentor and develop team members to strengthen commercial and leadership capabilities. Promote a performance-driven, client-focused culture. Ensure the team operates effectively and aligns with company priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economic, Marketing, International Relations, or related discipline. At least 6 years of relevant experience in commercial operations, business development, or account management. Proven success in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset. Business travel across Asia is required to support client engagements and regional projects.
