Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Technology to plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of product development.
• Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including developers, researchers, and business stakeholders—to align priorities and achieve project objectives.
• Maintain and update product documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure shared understanding of goals and deliverables.
• Identify and address potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies throughout the development process.
• Track product milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Support the adoption of best practices in project and product management.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive internal documentation, including onboarding materials and process guidelines.
