Job Summary :
The candidate is responsible for supporting the daily operations' needs, proper maintenance of the department's assets and inventory, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and billing verification. He / she should maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, resourceful and equipped with good organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of bus ridership statistics required for monthly reporting purposes
- Maintenance of daily and monthly operational data for statistical reporting and analysis purposes
- Provide support through identifying and gathering resources for implementation of department's process improvement projects / initiatives
- Involve in daily RWS8 bus cash collection operation process.
- Support and prepare information required in tender exercise documents.
- Involve in internal service audits and compilation of service audit results for all RWS bus services
- Vendor management
- Operational oversight ensuring service quality and daily smooth operation
- Regulatory liaison
- Feedback handling and resolution
- Involve in the preparation of ad hoc forecast for purchase requisition process and annual budget exercise
- Ensure accuracy and timely verification of frequency and trip adherence for all bus services
- Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders for purchase requisition and receiving process in Ariba
- Perform tracking for bus department's purchase requisitions and contract listing
- Perform any tasks as assigned by Transportation Management team
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or relatedMinimum 3 years work experience in similar capacityProficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OutlookResourceful, meticulous, organized and detailed orientedTeam player and takes initiative to assist other team members when requiredAble to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
