Goldstrom is a global, integrated physical precious metals trading and investment company headquartered in Singapore. We have offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Dubai and Accra. We provide clients with solutions for physical trading, financial trading, mining, logistics, storage, and refining. Goldstrom’s operations cover every aspect of the precious metals supply chain, providing our clients with an end-to-end solution for all of their precious metals requirements.

We are a young, ambitious, and growing commodity trading and investment company and we are looking for a Senior Finance Executive who reports directly to both the Group Finance Manager. The job is located in Singapore . Whilst the role will primarily require attendance in our Singapore office, Goldstrom offers flexible working conditions by arrangement. The role may require occasional international travel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee employee expense claims, petty cash, and handle end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle intercompany transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate internal and external audits across group entities.
• Support all administrative & operational aspects of trading activities.
