Senior Fund Accountant, Private Equity Fund (Singapore)

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in accounting or other accounting qualifications At least 3 years of fund accounting experience covering Private Equity / Real Estate funds Self motivated, comes with can-do attitude and open mindset Good business communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer a portfolio of Private Equity funds by maintaining books and records and calculation of fund Net Asset Values (NAVs)
- Coordinating and reviewing financial statements and reports, including performance metrics for monthly / quarterly reporting
- Calculate carried interest / performance / incentive fees
- Investor allocations for capital calls, distributions and equalisations
- Liaise with tax and auditors and other stakeholders
- Monitor SLA and compliance of various agreements with clients
- Coordinate workflow with clients and other relevant authorities, auditors, and stakeholders
