Job Objectives
The Relationship Manager is responsible for active client management strategies and acquisition through networking, marketing activities and ongoing dialogue with a few key selected clients. He / she is focused on building strategic relationships with these select clients.
He / She provides product advisory on bespoke products that meet clients' needs. He / she is the main point-of-contact for all client relationship matters. He / she also conducts analysis and monitors his / her clients to proactively manage any potential risks or issues.
The Relationship Manager possesses decorum in all his interactions with internal and external stakeholders. He / she is a team player and takes responsibility for his / her actions and can be held accountable to meet timelines. He / she is able to network and build connections to drive new business opportunities. He / she possesses poise and maturity in handling difficult client situations.
He / she is driven and motivated to provide the best service possible to his / her clients. He / she is resourceful and results-oriented. He / she understands the intricacies of working with global clients and is able to adjust communications and strategies to meet client expectations.
Job Responsibilities
i. Pre-Investment
- Create and establish interpersonal relationships with existing and potential investors
- Build on a strong referral network (Wealth Club)
ii. Investment
Build up knowledge and expertise on market overview (real estate and finance), other industry practices and products; ZACD investment productsAdvise and promote our investment products / opportunities (Fund raising / AUM - Asset Under Management)Comply with the current regulatory standardsiii. Become trusted advisor to clients and strengthening their loyaltyRegular updates to clients on their investments with ZACD and gather feedbackAssist operations (Middle office) in client documentationDeveloping new business and partnership with clientsiv. Others
