Main Duties & Responsibilities :
Operations and Support : Assisting with ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of our application systems including change, incident, and problem management.
User Support & Communication : Lead a team to provide troubleshooting assistance to end users, ensuring that the issues are resolved timely.
System Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor application performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Team Support : Support the Operations and Support Manager in managing a team of support staff, providing guidance and training.
Documentation : Preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Reporting & Analysis : Assist in the preparation and analyzing monthly reports related to operational performance and needs.
