About the job :

As an Associate Consultant, you will gain first-hand consulting experience in the financial services industry, build knowledge across a wide range of companies and solutions, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. Since all projects are carried out at the clients' premises, you will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. We provide a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs through interviews and workshops to translate requirements into solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and client expectations.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks.
• Document project processes, findings, and solutions for management review.
• Engage with clients through regular updates and networking.
• Support team members with other project activities.
