• Drive the people strategy for Shopee through special projects across the region
• Conceptualise and develop a variety of people-related initiatives based on current and future business needs, in domains including but not limited to : Performance & Rewards, Learning & Organisation Development, Organisation Design, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition
• Research industry best practices and synthesis data to assess feasibility of proposed people-related projects
• Lead and manage high-impact people-related projects end-to-end and interface with multiple stakeholders, including senior management
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Review effectiveness, measure and evaluate impact of initiatives
