Job descriptionA bachelors degree in law, business, finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of compliance-related experience. Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to work well independently and with others in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and people skills. Bonus : Experience in a nonprofit or research organization .
Responsibilites :
- Stay up to date with laws and regulations, including privacy laws and nonprofit regulations.
- Create and update compliance policies to ensure they follow the law.
- Make sure all reports and filings are submitted to authorities on time.
- Help organize meetings for the Board and key committees.
- Assist in managing the organizations risk framework by identifying and helping address potential risks.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Keep track of scientific publications and collaborate with teams to monitor performance and generate updates.
- Take on additional tasks as needed by your supervisor.
