- Primary owner for developing and growing channel ecosystems in the Singapore Market.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing partners proactively to capture the rapid business growth of cloud business.
- Responsible for partner revenue, joint business planning, and partner campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of pipelines, sales forecasts, and campaigns; provide updates to regional leadership.
- Interface with the Regional channel team for business direction and collaborate closely with the Business Development team for operations, pre-sales, marketing, and support.
- Ensure partner quality and competence through KPI reinforcement, partner programs, and certifications (e.g., ACA, ACP, ACE) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or technology; over 8 years of experience in cloud computing / IT industry, managing channel partners.Proven success in leading a sales team to meet or exceed targets.Strong CXO-level relationships with distributors, T2 resellers, and service partners.Effective communication skills and a team player attitude.Track record of territory growth and quota achievement; experience with partner programs and incentives.Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.Seniority level
