Job Summary
We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the product vision and execution for border control and identity management solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable products that meet customer and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business and customer requirements.
Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to translate needs into clear product specifications.
Oversee product delivery, ensuring usability, performance, and compliance.
Collect feedback post-launch and iterate for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on trends in border management and security technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in security, public sector, or enterprise software.
Experience managing technical products from concept to launch.
Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in border control or regulated industries.
Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ICAO, IATA, GDPR).
Background in UX or human-centered design.
