What the role is]
This role focuses on landscape analysis, strategic partnerships, and policy formulation to enhance sustainable philanthropy through development of strategic initiatives.
1. Drive the development and implementation of evidence-based philanthropic policies and strategies to strengthen Singapore's giving ecosystem.
2. Develop, evaluate and execute strategies and strategic partnerships to strengthen the ecosystem for sustainable resourcing and giving
3. Support the formulation and execution of philanthropic-related policies that promote sustainable giving
What you will be working on]
Strategic planning and research
- Undertake environmental scanning and sectoral research to identify emerging trends and build competitive value propositions for Community Chest
- Develop data-driven, competitive value propositions that strengthen Community Chest's market position
- Formulate strategy and strategic initiatives to address structural issues in the sector / landscape
Partnership and Policy development
Develop comprehensive business analysis that transfroms challenges into opportunites for growthBuild and nurture strategic partnerships to advance philanthropy efforts in SingaporeDraft policy papers on philanthropy-related issuesCreate strategic messaging to position Community Chest as the choice philanthropic partner for the social service sectorLead projects and assignments as and when neededWhat we are looking for]
