Job descriptionOwn the strategy, planning, and execution of regional events including media previews, influencer trips, retailer activations, pop-ups, and trade shows. Collaborate with local partners, agencies, and retailers to ensure flawless and on-brand execution. Build Pixi’s reputation through immersive, creative, and highly shareable experiences. Lead the APAC influencer and affiliate strategy across micro and macro tiers, ensuring targeted, authentic, and measurable campaigns. Manage end-to-end campaign development, from influencer selection and seeding to content approval and performance tracking. Build long-term relationships with creators who align with Pixi’s brand values and drive impact in key markets. Manage PR agency partners and internal resources to secure top-tier coverage, media reviews, and founder storytelling across APAC. Localise global launches and messaging to resonate with local press and consumers. Secure consistent brand coverage in both digital and traditional media to reinforce Pixi’s positioning and product leadership. Work closely with the Sales, Digital, Education, and Product teams to ensure fully integrated campaigns across markets. Partner with global marketing and creative teams to adapt brand assets for APAC while protecting brand integrity. Lead and mentor junior marketing team members and manage agencies and freelancers as needed. Set clear KPIs across influencer, PR, and event campaigns, and continuously track, analyse, and optimise performance. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for leadership. Maintain clear budgets and ensure all activities deliver strong brand ROI. 7+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle marketing with a focus on influencer marketing, events, or PR. Proven success building visibility and brand love across APAC markets. Deep understanding of regional media, influencer, and cultural trends. Strong agency and partner management experience. Excellent project management skills and creative execution. Highly entrepreneurial and energised by making things happen in new, fast-growing markets. Based in Singapore with willingness to travel regionally for events and activations.

The Role
This role is instrumental in making Pixi the most visible and talked-about beauty brand in every APAC market . You will lead regional brand-building through high-impact consumer events, influencer and affiliate activations, PR storytelling, and strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate is a marketing leader with deep expertise in regional influencer ecosystems, earned media, and experiential campaigns. You should be a master of brand visibility—both online and offline—who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
