Datadog’s event marketing team is the secret sauce behind our premiere experiential marketing efforts. Managing over 100 sponsored and third party events, ranging from $25K-$4M, their work is truly the backbone of our lead gen engine - drawing in nearly 60% of our new leads!

As an Associate Event Marketing Manager, you’ll play an integral part in curating memorable, attention grabbing events by pushing the envelope with creative marketing tactics, interactive displays, dynamic virtual offerings, and a larger than life presence at the industry’s leading events. What You’ll Do :

• Execute Datadog’s presence at sponsored events, both virtually and in person
• Manage and enact trade show promotional plans intended to maximize company exposure and produce sales leads
• Captain our events by managing event logistics from conception to completion, staff, and booth space, and ensuring lead goals are met
• Manage and track event budgets, expenses, KPIs, and ROI
• Maintain client and sponsor relationships while managing external communications
• Prepare and negotiate various service provider and event contracts
• Work cross functionally with teams to ensure events are on brand, on message, and attracting the right audience
