The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role : The Associate Director, Event Marketing is a senior member of the Global Event Marketing team, responsible for managing and executing tradeshows, conferences and proprietary DTCC events for the Businesses (Solutions & Core). The Associate Director manages and contributes to the communications and thought leadership campaigns and partners closely with Corporate Event Marketing, Global Marketing, Corporate Communications and the Sales & Relationship Management teams.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
Plans and executes an integrated approach to events including financial industry conferences, proprietary events for clients, and executive and employee eventsManages all logistical aspects of tradeshows, conferences and client events, including marketing materials, budget, exhibit stand and staffing, and acts as primary liaison with event organizers, speakers and vendorsProvides post-event evaluation metrics, reporting and analysisIdentify, evaluate and recommend speaking opportunities for DTCC speakers (executives and other business leaders)Manage virtual event / on-line technologies and other automated event marketing tools and systemsSupports the Executive Director / Director with projects, special assignments as neededPartners with other areas of Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment of communications and messaging. Ensures that all messages and positions are aligned with the DTCC global brand strategy and maximize exposure and value of eventsManagement of junior team members (where applicable)Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years of related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success :
Corporate / professional event marketing / conference planning experienceSuperior customer service / client interaction skillsExperience in marketing, branding, lead generationAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesDetail oriented and self-directingThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
