Head of Procurement

Job descriptionDevelop and execute the global procurement strategy across software, IT services, SaaS platforms, and tech infrastructure. Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management across key categories. Establish procurement policies, workflows, and best practices in alignment with company compliance and governance standards. Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and contract execution. Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and value creation across sourcing activities. Manage procurement data, reporting, and analytics to support forecasting and budgeting decisions. Build and lead a high-performing procurement team and manage stakeholder relationships across business units. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, licensing agreements, and information security standards. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field; MBA or CIPS certification is a plus. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the software or tech industry. Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, and IT procurement best practices. Proven negotiation, vendor management, and contract governance skills. Analytical and data-driven with proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite). Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

The Head of Procurement will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, driving cost efficiencies, and building strong supplier partnerships across hardware, software, cloud services, and technology infrastructure.
