Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on ITOM best practices.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
- Build and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, UIponents, and reports in ServiceNow.
- Assist in configuring modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM to support core service management processes.
- Support data migration efforts and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize platform data and monitor KPIs.
- Assist senior consultants in preparing technical documentation and solutions architecture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2-3 years focused on ITOM modules.Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Experience in configuring core ServiceNowponents (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, etc.).ands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is an advantage.EA Name : Alvin Lau
