Responsibilities :
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and onboard fund managers (hedge funds, long-only, PE / VC) and EAMs into moomoo's institutional platform
- Develop strategic partnerships and distribution pipelines across Southeast Asia

Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned institutional clientsDeepen client engagement through regular reviews, idea generation, and product advisoryWork closely with product, operations, and tech teams to offer customized trading, custody, and investment solutionsDrive adoption of moomoo's offering in equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, and digital assetsMonitor evolving trends in fund and EAM needs, regulatory landscape, and competitor offeringsPropose enhancements to service models, platform capabilities, and client tools5. Requirements
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within a brokerage, private bank, fund platform, or fintechDeep network and proven track record with fund managers and EAMs across Singapore and the regionStrong understanding of institutional trading, investment products , custody models, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS licensing, AML / KYC)Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and scale business from the ground upPrior experience in a fast-growing fintech or brokerage environment is a strong advantageAbility to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is a plusBenefits
