Work you’ll do

Provide incentives and R&D tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries.

Participation in client meetings, including engaging with C-suite executives on their investment plans and R&D / innovation activities.

Be involved in the evaluation, preparation, application, negotiation and management of government incentives.

Liaise with government authorities on incentives application and R&D tax matters.

Active participation in client meetings to obtain details from technical specialists of R&D projects undertaken.

Preparation of R&D reports articulating the nature and progress of R&D activities undertaken, including how and why these meet the R&D tax eligibility requirements.

Collection, collation and review of documentation and expenditure that substantiates R&D activities by matching the facts to the eligibility requirements of Singapore’s R&D tax incentive program.

Support business development and marketing activities for the service line.

Partake in the development of a growing global practice.

Requirements

P ossess a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Science, IT or similar.

Prior experience in Singapore economic agencies or roles involving incentives / grants applications will be viewed favourably.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mind, meticulous skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Keen interest in developing in the tax industry in a professional services firm.
