We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as Clinical Coders. You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and complete coding of clinical diagnoses and procedures for healthcare documentation, reporting, and funding purposes. Your work supports clinical audits, research, and healthcare planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review inpatient and outpatient clinical documentation to assign ICD-10-AM and ACHI codes accurately and completely.
- Ensure coding aligns with international coding standards and local healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare professionals to clarify documentation when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, changes, and healthcare funding policies.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Support coding data validation for research, benchmarking, and funding audits.
Requirements :
