About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Counsel with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team in Singapore. This role is ideal for an in-house lawyer with a strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial sales contracts and master agreements .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end legal support for commercial transactions across the APAC region, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts such as sales agreements, NDAs, and customer notifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of standard contract templates and legal processes.
• Deliver clear and practical legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment.
