Finance Manager, Group Controllership

As a Finance Manager, Group Controllership , you will be a key member of the Group Finance team, reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting & Governance. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting and operationalizing complex accounting standards across the Group, ensuring compliance with IFRS and readiness for future listing requirements. This role is instrumental in enhancing financial governance, supporting risk and audit activities, and guiding the Group through significant financial transactions and regulatory changes.

What will you do?

Accounting Standards & Policy Development :

• Develop, interpret, and implement accounting policies in accordance with IFRS and other applicable standards, ensuring readiness for future public listing requirements.
• Ensure consistent application of accounting principles across the organization, working closely with finance teams to enhance financial reporting quality.
