Job Profile Summary :

In this role, you will provide business friendly legal advice to business units on commercial legal matters involving partnerships and / or introducers and / or bancassurance related matters and on corporate secretarial matters. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Chief Legal and Government Relations Officer and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description :

• Provide business friendly legal advice to business units on commercial legal matters involving partnerships and / or introducers and / or bancassurance related matters and on corporate secretarial matters.
• Work with Board members and / or senior stakeholders on Board management issues.
• Manage corporate commercial and / or board related matters efficiently and pro-actively.
• Act as a team lead within the legal team.
