We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the defence sector. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative solutions to government and military clients.

• Conduct market research to identify potential markets for our products / services for both government and commercial sectors, local and overseas with a focus on but not limited to Defence related opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan.
• Identify and target potential clients, distributors, and partners.
• Generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales prospecting methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare compelling proposals for potential clients.
