you will be pivotal in overseeing technology incidents that impact business operations, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption. You will take full ownership of major incidents, leading the coordination and communication efforts to restore services effectively. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve diligent problem management, where you will initiate, track, and close problem tickets, and actively participate in post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. You will also be responsible for accurate incident logging, reporting, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
