Role Overview
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review, and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student financial systems and processes related to fees charging, billings, collections, and refunds.
- Collaborate with relevant agencies and internal stakeholders to develop related student financial systems.
- Manage internal and external requests and queries (including auditors) on Accounts Receivable processes.
- Perform data analytics to provide insights for process and policy review.
- Review, streamline, and improve finance policies and processes.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Credential in Accountancy or IT with accounting knowledge.At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable functions.Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred.Meticulous, resilient, adaptable, and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in teams to resolve issues and achieve goals.Good verbal and written communication skills.Additional Information
