Job description

Qualification and Knowledge

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

Responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and / or maintaining of eWorkflow System, ensure the best possible performance and quality in the deliverables.

Work closely with team leader to gather requirement from Customer, perform technical impact analysis and estimate effort for development, prepare and update schedule for development

Prepare or update functional and technical documents, prepare test cases.

Develop or modify the applications according to the requirement with high quality, conduct peer source code review if necessary

Perform unit test and system integration test, support user acceptance test

Prepare release procedure and support production implementation

Update user manual, system operational manual and other necessary deliverables.

Troubleshoots issues and problems, work out clear action plan(s) to resolve such issues, develops, tests and implements the agreed solution into production, following the Bank’s Policies and Procedures

Work or Professional Experience &

Functional or Technical Competencies

Min 3 years related working experience

In-depth knowledge of .NET programing. Experienced in ASP.NET, C#, and Crystal Report.

Possess profound knowledge of MSSQL database.

Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.

Good to have experience working on workflow systems.

Highlights or escalates risk issues to relevant parties in a timely manager

Proactively identifies customers’ needs and provides value-added solutions to them

Proactively provides workable solutions, especially to ride on opportunities in market trends

Motivates others to embrace change

Demonstrates sound judgment in reviewing problems and making recommendations / decisions

Encourages feedback from others and follow up with appropriate actions

Good to have Java knowledge
