coordinated.
Management : Developing detailed event timelines, managing event
logistics plans, and coordinating transportation, registration, and
other operational aspects.
On-Site Management : Overseeing the smooth execution of events on
the day, managing on-site issues, coordinating staff, and ensuring
compliance with safety regulations.
Post-Event Evaluation : Conducting post-event reviews to assess
event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for
