Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate / building.
• Require to supervise the estate / building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & licence renewal.
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate / building.
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common properties.
• Preparation of meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
• General Administrative works.

Job Requirements :

Pay : $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
