About Us

Studio Kinu is

a family photography studio based in Singapore. We are also

expanding into event hosting and running our lifestyle merchandise

line, kinu.supply. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable

individual who can wear multiple hats, from assisting in

photoshoots to managing client interactions and contributing

creative ideas for social media and events.

If

you are energetic, love working with children, and are comfortable

around pets (especially dogs), this role is a great fit for

you.

Key

Responsibilities

Studio

& Client Support

Assist the photographer during photoshoots (helping

children feel comfortable and engaged).

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and

after shoots.

Organise and maintain studio

props and equipment.

Client & Social Media

Management

Respond to enquiry emails and Instagram DMs in a timely

and professional manner.

Brainstorm and

implement creative social media campaigns.

Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to

grow engagement.

Event

Planning & Execution

Support in conceptualising, planning, and executing

events.

Coordinate logistics, liaise with

vendors, and ensure smooth event

delivery.

Merchandise

& Retail (kinu.supply)

• Assist in managing merchandise inventory.

Support product launches and marketing

initiatives.

Requirements

Must be able to commit at least one weekend day per week

(ideally both Saturday and Sunday).

If you can work both

weekend days, you will enjoy a 4-day work week.

Enjoys working with children and has some experience with

young kids.

Comfortable around animals,

especially dogs.

Strong organisational skills

and attention to detail.

Excellent written and

verbal communication skills.

Ability to

multitask and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset

with fresh ideas for social media and events.

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and

Facebook.

Candidates must be

legally authorised to work in Singapore. Malaysian applicants are

welcome to apply.
