Job descriptionProviding excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments Managing patient flow and multi-tasking Following up with patients Assist the doctors in the day to day operation Basic clinic housekeeping Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Good interpersonal skills Must be able to speak & write in fluent English Strong ability to multi-task Computer Literacy is required Sales skill is preferred Uniform provided Extensive training will be provided Free Chiropractic Treatments Location is walking distance from MRT station Career progression opportunities Employee discount Food allowance Monday to Friday Weekend availability Clinic Assistant : 1 year (Required)

Job description :
- We are a Chiropractic clinic , looking for friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.
- At least 1 year experience in working in healthcare clinics is a must.
- Singaporeans / PRs only
- Fluent English is a must.
