Chiropractic Assistant

Job description : We are a

Chiropractic clinic , looking for

friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent

customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a

chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires

weekend (Saturday only) availability.

• At least 1 year experience in working in

healthcare clinics is a must.

Your duties

include :

Providing excellent customer

service that goes beyond your call of duty

Answering phone calls & schedule patients'

appointments

Managing patient flow and

multi-tasking

Following up with

patients

Assist the doctors in the day to day

operation

Keeping the office clean & presentable at all

times.

Other ad-hoc duties as

assigned

Skills

required : Good interpersonal

skills

Must be able to speak & write in

fluent English

Strong ability to

multi-task

Computer Literacy is

required

Sales skill is

preferred
