CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT to join our team at

Key

Responsibilities :

Welcome and engage with patients, creating a warm and inviting

atmosphere from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Assist chiropractors with patient assessments

Provide education and answer basic questions about

chiropractic treatment procedures, helping patients feel informed

and at ease.

Schedule appointments, manage

patient records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently,

ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient

information and care plans.

Manage insurance

claims and billing processes with attention to detail.

Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and cleanliness

of equipment and office spaces.

Act as a

liaison between chiropractors and patients, effectively relaying

information and instructions to ensure clear

communication.

Take videos and pictures for

our social media platforms, contributing to our online presence and

patient engagement.

Assist in coordinating

and supporting corporate talks, wellness bazaars, and other

outreach events.

Supervise and train other

assistants or new staff members when necessary, fostering a

collaborative and supportive team

environment.

Requirements :

Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen

eye for detail.

Exceptional interpersonal and

communication skills, with a friendly and professional

demeanor.

Proficiency in basic office

software and a willingness to learn new systems.

Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing

priorities and patient needs.

A positive

attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work

well within a team.

Flexibility to assist

with social media content creation and support at corporate talks

and wellness

events.
