Working location : Paya Lebar
Working hours : 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide personalized support and solutions to address client needs
- Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure success
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services
- Create and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize product value
- Track and report on client performance metrics and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs
- Play a key role in driving client retention and long-term partnerships

Minimum Diploma and aboveStrong customer service skills with a client-focused mindsetAbility to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clientsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsEA License Number : 22C1278
