JOB DESCRIPTION

• Serve clients by providing personalized advice on a range of financial products and services tailored to their needs
• Engage clients through multiple channels including appointment visits, phone consultations, and outreach initiatives
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals with suitable banking solutions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of financial regulations and ensure strict compliance in all business activities
• Uphold the companys service standards and consistently deliver professional, customer-centric experiences
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators as outlined in the company’s balanced scorecard
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or team leader
