Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the company's daily operations and business management, ensuring the smooth execution of sales targets and operational plans;
Supervise inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes to maintain efficient cost control;
Responsible for team management, training, and performance evaluation to improve overall work efficiency;
Analyze market trends and customer needs, and assist in formulating sales and marketing strategies;
Coordinate communication between suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations;
Assist company management in formulating short-term and long-term development plans.
3+ years of management or sales-related experience;
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
Able to handle daily operational tasks independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
Familiarity with Microsoft Office / ERP systems is preferred;
