Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, and Service Teams to align on post-sales expectations and ensure all required information is provided
- Conduct regular account reviews with end-users and drive post-sales revenue growth
- Manage service delivery for clients locally and regionally
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
- Proactively understand client needs and deliver solutions to meet them
- Support the growth of existing accounts and contribute to new business opportunities
- Review and manage customer service contracts and service level standards
- Address customer complaints and work with teams to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with management to execute customer-focused growth strategies
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
Diploma in relevant fieldsMin 2 years experience in AV / IT industryProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsLocation : Tai SengWorking Hours : Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)Salary : Up to $6500Able to start work immediate or on short noticeHow to apply :
