Metro Asia E-Commerce Leader

The Metro Asia E-commerce Expert is responsible for driving Social commerce growth, overall eCommerce execution and developing strategy across the Metro Asia region. This role will lead key regional account performance and provide insights into the eCommerce consumption, sales trends, best practices and in-process measures across markets. The E-commerce Expert will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and recommend a comprehensive eCommerce framework, ensuring strategic objectives are met. Additionally, this position will provide guidance to supply chain and market GMs to enhance eCommerce business plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Execution & Performance Tracking :

• Provide insights and recommendations on eCommerce consumption, sales, channel P&L, and in-process measures across Metro Asia.
• Advise on best practices for eCommerce sales operations in all markets, connecting BP, execution tracking, and commercial eCommerce P&L.
